Remember that the ark was built by amateurs & the Titanic was built by professionals. 13. Remember that the woodpeckers INSIDE are often a bigger threat than the storm outside. 14. Doggy Quotes

 

LEITE CREME TORRADO NA HORA

Receita:

1 litro Leite
150 gramas Açúcar
60 gramas Farinha
1 casca de limão
1 pau de canela
3 a 4 gemas de ovo

Colocar o leite a ferver com a casca de limão e o pau de canela.
Misturar bem o açúcar com a farinha e adicionar progressivamente ao leite quente.
Deixar ferver durante alguns minutos, sempre a mexer, até adquirir uma consistência menos líquida.
Juntar umas colheres deste creme às gemas de ovo mexidas e depois adicionar lentamente ao creme, mexendo sempre.
Retirar o pau de canela e a casca de limão e colocar na travessa.
Polvilhe com açúcar e queime com um ferro quente, que fica em fogo, da lareira ou do fogão (ou, atualmente, um ferro elétrico).
Se preferir pode polvilhar apenas com canela.
Deixe arrefecer e se preferir coloque no frigorífico.
