′′ Question: Why do dogs live less than people

* Cuando tus seres queridos lleguen a casa, siempre corre para saludarlos.
* Nunca dejes pasar la oportunidad para salir a pasear.
* Permite que la experiencia del aire fresco y del viento en tu cara sea de puro éxtasis!
* Toma siestas, descansa.
* Estírate bien antes de levantarte.
* Corre, salta y juega diariamente.
* Evita ′′ morder ′′ cuando con solo un gruñido sería suficiente.
* En un clima muy caliente, bebe mucha agua y acuéstate bajo la sombra de un árbol frondoso.
* Cuando estés feliz, baila moviendo todo tu cuerpo.
* Disfruta de las cosas simples, de una larga caminata.
* Sé fiel.
* Nunca pretendas ser algo que no eres. Se auténtico!
* Si lo que quieres, está ′′enterrado ", búscalo, persiste hasta encontrarlo.
* Y nunca olvides:
Cuando alguien esté teniendo un mal día, quédate en silencio, siéntate cerca y suavemente hazlo sentir que estás allí.

′′ Question: Why do dogs live less than people
Here's the answer:
As a vet, I was called to examine a 13 year old dog named Batuta.
The family expected a miracle.
I examined Batuta and found out he was dying of cancer and couldn't do anything...
Batuta was surrounded by his family.
Little Pedro looked so calm, caressing the dog for the last time, and wondered if he understood what was going on. Within minutes, Batuta fell peacefully in a dream to never wake up again.
The child seemed to accept it without difficulty.
I heard the mom asking ;- Why is the dog life shorter than human beings ;-
Pedro said, ′′ I know why."
The child's explanation changed my way of seeing life.
He said :-" People come into the world to learn to live a good life, like loving others all the time and being a good person, eh?! As dogs are already born knowing how to do all this, they don't have to live for as long as we are." Understand?
The moral of the story:
If a dog was your teacher, you'd learn things like:
* When your loved ones come home, always run to greet them.
* Never pass up an opportunity to go for a walk.
* Allow the experience of fresh air and wind on your face to be pure ecstasy!
* Takes naps, rest.
* Stretch well before you get up.
* Runs, jumps and plays daily.
* Avoid ′′ biting ′′ when just a growl would be enough.
* In very hot weather, drink lots of water and lay under the shadow of a leafy tree.
* When you're happy, dance moving your whole body.
* Enjoy the simple things, a long walk.
* Be faithful.
* Never pretend to be something you're not. Be real!
* If what you want, it's '' buried ", look for it, persists until you find it.
* And never forget:
When someone is having a bad day, stay silent, sit close and gently make them feel like you're there.

Beautiful wedding Cakes

Wedding cakes were initially thought of as a luxury item, as the refined
sugars needed to make the white frosting was very expensive. In fact,
 the term "royal icing" came about thanks to Queen Victoria and her extravagant,
multitiered white-frosted wedding cake. Pictured here is a wedding cake from 1930.

A Satisfied Life

Steve Jobs died a billionaire at age 56, but before he died he said:

Steve Jobs died a billionaire at age 56, but before he died he said:
As we get older, wiser we get, we slowly realize that wearing a clock of 5 thousand euros or 30 euros - both will mark the same time...
Whether a wallet or purse is it 500 € or 50 € - the amount of money inside it is the same...
The road and distance are the same, whether you drive a 150.000, 00 € or a 30.000 € car, and you arrive at the same destination...
Whether we drink a 300, 00 € or 10 € bottle of wine, the hangover is the same...
If the house we live in is 300 or 3000 square feet, loneliness is the same.
Whether you fly first class or economical, if the plane crashes, you crash with it.
There's a huge difference between a human being and a human being.

Bettina Graziani

 Simone Micheline Bodin (1925 – March 2, 2015), known professionally as Bettina or Bettina Graziani, was a French fashion model of the 1940s and 1950s and an early muse to the fashion designer Hubert de Givenchy. She also has been a designer of knitwear and, later, a poet and composer.

                                                     Bettina & Prince Aly Khan

In the mid-'50s she was persuaded by Prince Aly Khan, ex-husband of Rita Haworth to

retire from modelling and settle down to a quiet, albeit luxurious, domestic life.

In 1960 disaster strikes when Aly Khan is killed in a car accident, which Bettina survives,

though she’ll suffer a miscarriage. She inherits Khan’s Chantilly château, Green Lodge

(which she will later sell to Khan’s son, Karim).

In 1967 Bettina, “the green-eyed railway worker’s daughter” goes back to modeling at

the age of 42.

And all because she’s bored. Bettina works for Coco Chanel, but she has a problem,

for as the couturier says of her, “She needs to lose a little weight. I have told her to follow

my example and don’t eat at weekends.”  After presenting Chanel’s collection in July,

Bettina says, “It was fun to do it once. I never will again.”

Graziani wrote poetry, composed music and appeared in two French films (Bete Balanço,
1984, and La folie douce,1994). But fashion remained her great passion. In 2010, she was
appointed a commander of France's Order of Arts and Letters.In later life she attended the
Paris fashion shows each season, promoting the work of the designers Azzedine Alaia and
Yohji Yamomoto. She noted how the models had changed. "They are so young, and
they all look the same."

THE SERENITY PRAYER

GOD GRANT ME THE SERENITY
TO ACCEPT THE THINGS I CANNOT CHANGE;
COURAGE TO CHANGE THE THINGS I CAN;
AND WISDOM TO KNOW THE DIFFERENCE.

LIVING ONE DAY AT A TIME;
ENJOYING ONE MOMENT AT A TIME;
ACCEPTING HARDSHIPS AS THE PATHWAY TO PEACE;
TAKING, AS HE DID, THIS SINFUL WORLD
AS IT IS, NOT AS I WOULD HAVE IT;
TRUSTING THAT HE WILL MAKE ALL THINGS RIGHT
IF I SURRENDER TO HIS WILL;
THAT I MAY BE REASONABLY HAPPY IN THIS LIFE
AND SUPREMELY HAPPY WITH HIM
FOREVER IN THE NEXT.
AMEN.
